Service Coordination
Service Coordination is responsible for linking women in Palm Beach County to prenatal care. It is our objective to assist women with choosing a Prenatal Care provider and obtaining a payer source for their prenatal Care. It is our goal to ensure that all women in Palm Beach County enter prenatal care.We collaborate within the Healthy Beginnings System to provide a continuum of service for those requiring additional services. These services may include: WIC, Breastfeeding Classes, Childbirth Classes, Parenting Classes, Healthy Families, Healthy Beginning Nurses, Smoking Cessation, Education Support, Women's Health Initiative, and Nurse Family Partnership and Counseling services.
