This workshop is for expectant couples, parents, and community members who are caregivers of infants and children. Learning infant CPR can prepare parents to give their child the best chance of recovering from an emergency, choking, drowning, or a breathing problem like asthma.
The class will teach the basic techniques of infant CPR and how to give first aid for choking. A certified CPR instructor will lead the class.
It is beneficial to attend all the courses in HMHB Infant Safety Series; below are the class topics and dates in this series.
