In Person Infant CPR & Safety

  • Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County 842 North Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL, 33415 United States (map)

Accidents happen and preparing for the unexpected can help. Learning infant CPR can prepare individuals to give their child the best chance of recovering from an emergency including choking, drowning, or breathing problems. This class is for expectant couples, parents, and community members who are or will become caregivers of infants and children.
*Each participant must fill out an individual registration form.

Facilitated by: Jason Valentine Lieutenant Owner/Operator Valentine CPR & The Drowning Prevention Coalition of Palm Beach County

Jason Valentine is a Captain-firefighter/paramedic for the City of Coral Springs Fire Department with over 15 years of experience. He is also a CPR instructor and has taught infant CPR classes with HMHB for four years. Jason states there's no greater satisfaction than teaching new parents these critical lifesaving skills.

The Drowning Prevention Coalition was established in 1996 to reduce drowning, near-drowning, and other water-related incidents by educating on bathtub and water safety.
