Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies is now offering online classes through Zoom Meeting. We are working to be here for you amidst the current climate.
Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies provides free Childbirth Classes through the Florida Outreach Childbirth Education Program. Pregnant women typically attend these classes within the seventh month (third trimester) of their pregnancy. Support partners are welcome to also join the class.
Each participant MUST BRING:
Two (2) pillows for each participant
One (1) blanket or comforter
Instructor: Ruth Kraft
Ruth Kraft has been working with women and mastering her ability to nurture for as long as she can remember. Ruth has more than 20 years of experience in helping new parents foster their approach to parenting. She has a passion for teaching and views it as more than knowledge but empowerment. Her love is in assisting families in understanding they have a say in their birthing experience. Ruth finds joy in helping to empower parents through their childbirth experience. She is changing lives for the better, one birth at a time.
