Laura has been teaching yoga for over 10 years in South Florida. She recently became a new mom and is passionate about guiding moms to have a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth and postnatal experience. Her classes include breath work, positive mindset affirmations, and a safe flow in order to feel your best on your journey! She’s looking forward to seeing you in class!
